Commuter monthly parking with a clicker. You are only allowed to park your vehicle between 7:30am-6pm Monday-Friday. If you are found parking outside of these hours you are subject to parking enforcement/towing.

This rate is only for sedans and is not valid for oversize vehicles (SUV's and minivans) or exotic luxury vehicles (Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Bugatti, plus all high-end Porsche models). Height Restriction: 6’8

Important:

(1) You MUST purchase at least three business days ahead of arriving to the facility, to allow sufficient time for Propark to process your monthly sign up. Email esteven.santiago@propark.com or call 201-473-2935 to pick up your clicker before you start parking.

(2) This monthly parking is set for auto-renew; by way of your purchase, you are OPTING IN to auto-renew until you notify us otherwise. Your card will be charged in the last 7 days of each month for the upcoming month.
